About me.
I’m a registered nurse, wellness coach, mindfulness practitioner—and a woman who has walked through burnout, perimenopause, anxiety, emotional eating, and the disorienting shift of becoming an empty nester. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unseen, and unsure of where to begin. I also know the courage it takes to prioritize your own well-being in a world that often encourages you to put yourself last.
Over the years, I’ve stayed deeply connected to the evolving world of health and wellness—not just through my clinical work, but through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in a wide range of professional organizations. I believe in bringing the best of what’s out there to the people I work with, in a way that’s practical, personal, and sustainable. (You can learn more about my credentials and affiliations below.)
But my most meaningful work happens in the one-on-one space—with women navigating the very real challenges of everyday life. In our sessions, we focus on what’s real for you right now—whether it’s managing a health condition like diabetes, coping with anxious feelings, finding your footing in perimenopause, rebuilding motivation, or learning to treat yourself with more kindness.
I believe that healing happens in connection—with a witness who sees you, hears you, and supports you at your own pace. That’s what I offer: evidence-based guidance, lived experience, and a space where you don’t have to perform or rush—just take the next step that feels right.
I’m also someone who loves yoga, fishing, hiking, and teaching others how to build meaningful self-care into real life—not just when things are calm and quiet, but right in the middle of the mess.
If you’re ready to explore what healing might look like for you, I’d be honored to walk with you.
